How do I earn credits?
You earn credits by reading campaigns in your Mailing Center daily. The more you read, the more you earn — our Credit Ladder rewards you for each consecutive email you read in a day.
Your VBN Score also applies a multiplier: Active tier members (score 70+) earn 2x credits per read. Credits are used to send your own campaigns to other members.

VBN stands for Verified Behavior Network. It's your personal engagement rating from 0 to 100.

How does the referral program work?
When you share your personal referral link and someone joins through it, they become your referral. You earn a commission percentage every time they upgrade their membership or make a purchase on Mailigenics.
Your referral link is found in your Affiliate section in the sidebar. Your commission rate depends on your membership level — paid members earn higher commissions than free members.
Commissions are credited to your affiliate balance and can be withdrawn via PayPal once you reach the minimum withdrawal threshold.

What are delivery waves?
Delivery waves are scheduled sending windows that run four times daily at 8am, 12pm, 6pm, and 10pm UTC.
During each wave, pending campaigns are distributed to eligible recipients.
This metered approach mimics natural human email behavior, which keeps our sending IP trusted by Gmail and Yahoo.
You receive a notification email when new campaigns arrive in your inbox.

Can I unsubscribe from emails?
Yes. Every email sent through Mailigenics contains an unsubscribe link at the bottom. You can also manage your notification preferences from your Profile page in the sidebar.
Important: Wave notification emails are how you know when new campaigns are waiting in your inbox. If you stop receiving these alerts and miss reading campaigns, your VBN Score will decline over time. A lower VBN Score means:
- Lower placement in delivery waves — fewer people see your campaigns
- Fewer credits earned per read
- Dropping from Active to Warm to Cold tier
- Paid members who fall below VBN 50 will lose Full Network Access until their score recovers
Your account remains fully active and you can always log in manually to check your inbox. If you are receiving too many emails, we recommend adjusting your notification settings in Profile rather than unsubscribing entirely — your score and reach depend on staying engaged.
