If you purchase a membership we collect payment information through Stripe — we do not store your credit card details on our servers. We also collect activity data including logins, campaign reads, and sending history to operate the VBN scoring system.

• Deliver campaigns to your inbox
• Calculate your VBN Score
• Process payments and affiliate commissions
• Send platform notifications including wave alerts and system messages
• Prevent fraud and abuse

By registering on Mailigenics you consent to receive platform notification emails including delivery wave alerts, system announcements, and campaign notifications. You may unsubscribe from notification emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.

Mailigenics uses session cookies to keep you logged in and to maintain your preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies. You may disable cookies in your browser but this will prevent you from logging in.

We use industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption and secure password hashing to protect your data. While we take reasonable precautions, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or to process outstanding transactions.
