Our Refund Policy
All purchases on Mailigenics are processed through Stripe and are subject to the following refund policy.
Membership Purchases
All membership purchases — including monthly, yearly, and lifetime plans — are non-refundable once the membership has been activated and credits or benefits have been applied to your account.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your membership benefits, contact us within 7 days at vibrantworks2@gmail.com and we will work to resolve the issue or issue a credit at our discretion.
Duplicate Charges
If you believe you have been charged twice for the same purchase, contact us immediately at traffic6sites@fastlistpro.com with your transaction details. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded within 5-7 business days.
Cancelled Subscriptions
Monthly and yearly memberships renew automatically. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to your membership benefits until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
Affiliate Commissions
Affiliate commissions that have already been withdrawn cannot be reversed. Commissions still in your affiliate balance may be reversed if the original purchase is charged back by the buyer's payment provider.
