By creating an account on Mailigenics (mailigenics.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this platform. Mailigenics is operated by Fastlistpro.com LLC, owned by Deborah (Dev) Hobbins.

Mailigenics is a members-only email marketing platform that allows members to send campaigns to other members, earn credits by reading campaigns, and participate in an affiliate referral program. The platform operates on a dedicated IP address to maintain high deliverability standards for all members.

As a member of Mailigenics you agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information
• Not send spam, illegal content, or content that violates the rights of others
• Not promote illegal products, services, or schemes
• Not attempt to manipulate the VBN scoring system
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent platform restrictions
• Comply with all applicable laws including CAN-SPAM and GDPR

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

The ability to send campaigns to other members is a platform privilege — not a guaranteed right. Mailigenics reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or limit sending access for any member who violates these terms.

Paid members receive Full Network Access — the ability to send to all active members — once their VBN Score reaches 50. All other paid membership benefits are active from the moment of purchase.

Every member has the legal right to unsubscribe from platform notification emails at any time. Mailigenics will always honor unsubscribe requests in compliance with CAN-SPAM and applicable laws.

Members who repeatedly unsubscribe while continuing to use sending privileges are engaging in behavior that is unfair to other members. Accordingly:

• 1st unsubscribe: No restriction. Action is tracked.
• 2nd unsubscribe: Warning issued.
• 3rd unsubscribe: Sending access paused for 7 days after resubscribing.
• 4th+ unsubscribes: Sending access paused for 14 days after resubscribing.

This policy applies to sending privileges only. The right to unsubscribe from emails is never affected.

The VBN (Verified Behavior Network) Score is a proprietary engagement rating system based on login frequency, campaign reading activity, and sending behavior. Mailigenics reserves the right to adjust the scoring algorithm at any time. Attempting to manipulate your VBN Score through artificial means may result in account termination.

Members may earn commissions by referring new members who purchase paid memberships. Commission rates vary by membership level. Commissions may be withdrawn via PayPal subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds and processing times of 3-5 business days.

Mailigenics reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions generated through fraudulent referrals or manipulation of the referral system.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Lifetime memberships are a one-time purchase with no recurring charges. Monthly and yearly memberships renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Mailigenics reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or behavior harmful to the platform or its members. Terminated accounts forfeit any unused credits and membership fees paid.

Mailigenics collects only the information necessary to operate the platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. For full details see our Privacy Policy.

Mailigenics reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via platform broadcast. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
